This historical house is the site of our permanent office. Regular tasks include tidying up the house, care for museum items, digitizing archives and collections, preparing for events, exhibit planning, youth education programs, historical research, assist with CHS business needs, prepare items for live demonstrations.

We need mechanical and woodworking assistance to help restore our 1934 Farmall Tractor, early 1900's John Deere manure spreader & corn planter, and New Idea seedling planter.
If you have experience with farm equipment or wood restoration please contact us for details.
We also need help museum docents, organizing and executing events, fundraisers, writing articles for our newsletters and other publications, social media updates, and hands-on demonstrations of traditional home arts, crafts, and farming. Email us today to see how you can help.
